Investing hard in crypto because I like my job but just CANNOT work in the western style corporations any longer with their penny pinching, clock watching, micro managing attitudes

Title says it all, I’m a scientist and have been for many years so I’m probably one of the minority that actually enjoys their job and does get some satisfaction from working.

Having said that, I need to get out of these workplaces because they are killing me and crypto is the best and fastest shot at doing just that.

I’m not a boomer but I’m not young either and I remember a time when a company in the west would at least supply tea and/or coffee for their employees and if you were lucky milk and sugar as well. Now I work at a university, making probably millions if not more per year (the uni not me, I can’t believe I have to say this like people think scientists earn anything even close, I earn just over min wage!) as a researcher and the only thing I’m given is hot water and a couple of crappy chairs jammed into a tiny room as a ‘lounge’ while I share a giant open space with dozens of empty desks as an ‘office’ which is ALWAYS cold as it’s just a giant void space in a building. I have to bring my own bloody cup and spoon in from home!

Want to park at your office? Give us money!

Want food? Bring your own!

Stationary? Buy it yourself!

Cold? Put on a coat!

Social activities………maybe a Christmas diner IF YOU’RE lucky….Oh and that’s £20 each of course, WE’RE not paying for it, ha!

Seriously, the western world has really turned crushing workers spirits into a fine art form. It’s like they have managed to condense pure blandness into a work environment.

Well little do they know I’m heavy into crypto so only a few years and I can say nuts to your crappy workplace, I’m off to take my education and put it to work on my own projects, maybe even open my own business AND I’M GONNA HAVE MILK IN THE FRIDGE FOR MY EMPLOYEES!
