Why does crypto create a cult-like response from people so often?

As far as I’m concerned, this whole subreddit gets bogged down in cult-like behavior all the time. You all act allergic to counter arguments to your own detriment when it comes to your own coins. When I see you shill Algo, or nano or ADA or whatever, why do this? Why not tell me what projects are on your platform that are soooooo good that you have to write “NANO FOREVER I’LL NEVER SELL”, or “this just screams ALGO”.

I don’t see this in stocks, (except for GME, TSLA, or that kind of thing) bonds, real estate, or commodities. This… cheerleader behavior. How can we stop it? I feel like I’ve shut my ears off to decent discourse just as much as the chanters just because I don’t want to be chanted at.
