Hi r/CryptoCurrency. My friend and I are software developers and have been crypto enthusiasts for quite a while. We were part of a small 5-man startup once; there, we discovered that we love building things for others to use and enjoy.
We’ve also played a lot of Minecraft together throughout the years, with big pauses followed by frenzied returns to the game when a new big update dropped. It’s a very dear game to us, and we have quite a few archived Minecraft worlds which trigger fond memories.
Since we’ve also dabbled with NFTs, especially in DeFi projects like CryptoVoxels and Decentraland, we figured it might be an interesting experiment to try and see what happens when you mash up those two.
The result is NFT Chunks – a Minecraft server with 32×32 plots of land, represented by NFTs on the blockchain, which give you the exclusive right to build on them.

As I mentioned in the title, what we really want is some feedback. If you were to join this community, what would you like to see? What capabilities would you want? Ideas for server features?
Happy to chat!
