Where to find freelance jobs that pay in crypto?

Hi everyone, not sure if this question has been asked in the past but I’m currently looking for advice on my situation. Currently I’m based in a country where I can’t get paid by foreign bank transfer reliably. I decided I want to move to freelancing full time but am trying to find clients that can pay me in crypto, anything like USDC or USDT is fine.

Because I’m not a Web3 or crypto developer, most of my clients do not want to do this (Obviously). Right now I’m using UpWork and asked if they can convert the client payments so I can receive them in crypto like USDT, but was told they cannot.

Are there any good places to find jobs/employers that pay out in crypto besides Reddit (have been lucky get some clients through Reddit)?
