In your opinion, which coins are the best to do staking) and hold long term?

So most of us are here for long term. What are the best projects for someone who don’t want to sell soon?
I speak about projects to HODL, invest, and earn high profits on for the long term regardless of how the market develops now that we are firmly in the “dip”.
About my personal opinion, currently, I’m a big fan of ATOM, Polygon, ADA and Polkadot.
However, I’m thinking about adding something new to my portfolio to mix things up and to diversify.
Do you hold anything? What have you recently acquired?
