I feel like there’s a lot of holier than thou people on this sub spouting advice and the echo chamber of not your keys etc. I have been in crypto 3 ish years and it has taken a long time to learn the ways. Ultimately this place is a shit show and it’s not a user friendly one. Your average grandma is never going to work out exchanges, wallets, staking, 2FA…
I have made some mammoth errors – bought shit coins, fomo’d in at aths, lost half my holdings in Celsius, lost more with Digital Surge 6 months later, got caught up in the hype of CKB… I could go on.
I have always stuck by my mantra of no leverage and only put in what you can essentially afford to lose but man I have had some moments of my stomach falling through the floor.
So am interested – anyone out there actually managed to have a perfect run? No scams, no big losses, nothing left on exchanges, always had a cold wallet etc?
(Also keen to hear some other disaster stories so I don’t feel like such a degenerate)
