It is a milestone for a lot of people and it really is a big chunk of money. Especially if you are living in a country that has lower life standards and think about owning 1 BTC and then BTC reaching new ATH.
There is something behind the idea of owning 1 BTC. THere will always and forever be 21 million of BTC, couple of million are already lost, burned, or lost. And the dream is to have 1, full, round BTC.
When I think about it, there is nothing so special having one round number – 1 BTC. But I was reading an article yesterday that was posted on this sub about million addresses* having 1 BTC, and that is a millionaire club I would like to join.

I guess if I ever reach it I would just be like “fine, I feel good, now I need to get more”.
Did you know that in 2021 “there were slightly more than 800,000 Bitcoin wallets with a balance of at least 1 BTC when Bitcoin hit its record highs at $69,000 in November” ?
Oh, and by the way, take a look at the bitcoin sub, posted 5 years ago when the price was around $3000..
I wonder if this dude ever accomplished his goal. The price of BTC at the moment was around $3000.
Why am I so obssesed with owning 1 BTC?
