BlackRock close to filing for a Btc ETF

Coindesk reported earlier today that BlackRock is close to launching a Btc ETF.

BlackRock, the world’s biggest asset manager, is close to filing an application for a Bitcoin ETF.

Apparently they will be using Coinbase Custody for the ETF and the crypto exchange’s spot market data for pricing.

BlackRock began working with Coinbase to make crypto directly available to institutional investors midway through last year.

What we don’t know yet is what kind of ETF this will be.
