What makes you stay in crypto?

Just wondering why everyone believes in crypto especially in times like this, what makes you stay? Most of us here are not wealthy but we are hoping to get there one day but why crypto? its clearly unstable with an uncertain future and always under attack. What gives you the confidence to put your money into something such as this. Personally I can’t afford to put much in, and I can’t really say 100% if I believe its the future of finance but I can say that it seems like a much better gamble than the lottery and hopefully we don’t lose our entire stake.
