I dont mean us with “nobody”, but people around us.
Without saying that I invested in crypto, I tried to poke around and subtly check out if people know crypto:
Nobody in my workplace knows what cryptocurrencies are
none of my friends know crypto
almost noone in my family (except for one cousin who is a shitcoin degen, but I don’t count him, because he is just a gambler) have ever heard about crypto
those occational random encounters on bus, train, whatever…smalltalks. They are completely clueless about crypto.
So in my view, it feels like 98% of people don’t know cryptocurrency and 1% are thinking that it is a ponzi.
The rest 1% who have heard about it:
either thinks highly of it AND have invested in it
or think it’s good, but don’t invest in it.
Cryptocurrency is still so unknown and/ or misunderstood.
