another use for smart contracts and blockchain

i’m trying to sell my drake tickets for MSG and realized how much of a pain this is using ticketmaster/ stubhub. they will charge like $100 to each the buyer and seller for facilitating the transaction in a safe way. then when i post on craigslist i have zelle scammers contacting me. there has to be a decentralized way to do this in the future where you just deposit your tickets (NFT’s) into a smart contract until someone with prove of funds comes and buys them.

not sure if i explained that in the right way but this seems like a clear future use case.
