Most of us are crypto degenerates but of course all of us have lives outside all of this.
First couple of years after discovering crypto i was averaging 6-8 hours a day on crypto related stuff, that went from watching prices, reading articles, looking for patterns and day trading.
It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to realize that after a while, spending that much time daily consumed by it, that it starts affecting you mentally, relationships wise and also in some cases economically.
After gaining some experience and understanding that it’s a long term game, it’s a marathon not a race! I decided in the last 3 years to only dca and hodl long term.
I spend 1-2 hours a day on it now, less stress, less price checking and more time for life itself.
