Serious question. Imagine this, economy is bad, food is expensive and rent/mortgage is rising. Bitcoin is finally rising, broke the 40k barrier. A normal person does not have 100k in savings, a normal person who has been interested in crypto for a few years likely is able to only save 500$ a month and that’s probably still generous.
Collect and DCA 500$ of crypto for 2 years. That’s 12k $. That is very optimistic, most people can not save 500$ every month (exception being IT developers)
So, let’s say you bought 12k worth of BTC at 25k and in this bull cycle OR AF or after halving we will reach ATH, say 75K. That means your 12k of BTC has turned to 36k USD. That’s a lot of money! deduct taxes and that’s 30k or so. But what is 30k? can you pay your mortage off? can you buy a house? at best an okay car. That changes literally nothing.
Can someone explain me how a normal person would actually make a life-changing impact with this bull cycle? inb4 leverage trading.
PS I’ve been in crypto since 2016 now but working paycheck to paycheck and have never been able to capitalize on this.
