Should I do anything extra to keep my crypto secure whilst traveling?

Every time I visit other countries I feel like I should be taking extra steps to keep my crypto safe. I have this fear of being mugged and forced at gunpoint to unlock my phone and my wallets.

Does anyone have advice on some good ways to stay safe? Should I just uninstall all of my crypto apps and wallets before traveling?

Ive also had the idea of just leaving my normal phone at home and bringing a temporary phone that isn’t connected to any of my crypto stuff.

Am I overthinking this or being paranoid?
