Is this genuine? If yes, how can we confirm safely?

I usually dismiss such ads and the spam filter catches most emails. But this seems to be from a genuine domain and it beat all the spam filters and landed in my inbox (though I don’t remember subscribing to this newsletter)… I did double check the email headers, and it did come from the domain it’s claiming to be from. So, I am Genuinely curious

But there are soo many scammers and crypto scams, how do I know which one is genuine? Are there any genuine “airdrops” or “giveaways” at all?
99% of all people on X/Xhitter doing “giveaways”, and “airdrops” are all scammers and liars 🙁 All want to give away free crypto for following, retweeting, sharing, liking.. but no one posts proof of giveaways. Why don’t people learn. If XYZ claims to do a giveaway and then doesn’t post any winners, his next “giveaway” will have double the number of people liking/sharing.. why?
