So my husband just accumulated 9,000 USD in crypto currency and I really want us to be smart with it.

To be very clear this was HIS doing. This money isn’t mine but he doesn’t have Reddit. So I’m asking, for US what the smartest thing to do with it would be. He will be reading these replies with me.

Please, I genuinely want to do the right thing but I nor he know nothing about cryptocurrency and everything I’m reading is just gibberish so I’d be just, I’d fucking hate to do the wrong thing so much. We will likely never have this opportunity again in our lifetime and it’s not a small chunk of change to us.
