Binance doesn’t allow citizens from my country anymore and converted my BTC to FDUSD. But all my registeren exchanges don’t allow me to transfer FDUSD how do I get if off binance?

In short I forgot about my binance account logged in after years and saw that Dutch citizens aren’t allowed to trade anymore.
Apparently they change my BTC into FDUSD and now when I login the only option I have is to redeem my remaining FDUSD to a wallet adres. I use kraken and coinbase but both don’t seem to have an option to deposit FDUSD. I though of maybe transfering it to a middle wallet like trustwallet but also that doesn’t seem to accept FDUSD. What would be de easiest way to get my FDUSD into Kraken?
