Coinbase VS Kraken

So I have read many horror stories about people getting locked out of their Coinbase accounts and how awful the customer support is in trying to get help. I understand more posts are made in regards to bad experiences as people don’t care to post only good experiences and post bad things more.

So I am wondering which exchange to use more. I have used Coinbase for awhile now and never had an issue, but I don’t want any in the future.

Why do you think peoples accounts get locked? What are your experience with both exchanges.
