I cut my beard and Coinbase KYC still fails

Coinbase locked my account and asked me to do KYC to verify my identity. After the algo fails my KYC 9 times (in 3 minutes after submitting), I trimmed my beard and tried again. It again fails. To reach support on Coinbase, they tell me to login which I can’t because my account is locked. Its been a week and I am helpless. They should have a dedicated chat support for accounts they lock.

My beard thing did not work. I don’t know what happens to people who get a nose, jaw or lip job, then suddenly with no way to chat with support they have to verify their account to an algo.

Are they locking accounts and causing these issues on purpose to preserve liquidity in their exchange? It happened right after BTC touched 53k.
