What was the first crypto currency you’ve ever bought and where did you hear about it?

Mine was Bitcoin back in 2014. I was in my apprenticeship as an IT Specialist and a friend of mine told me about it. I remember telling him “leave me alone with ur virgin nerd money”…. Yes… I was stupid when I was 18…. probably still am
A few weeks later he told me about it again and again a few weeks later he built a small mining rig in his basement. After hearing of his mining project, I started to get intrested in it and wanted to know how it works.
The rest is history.
