I was just talking to someone who say they absolutely can’t stand the word ‘fungible’ in NFTs. They don’t like the way it sounds, don’t like hearing it, and just generally don’t like it. Not a rational dislike – but lots of people have words they just don’t like.
I hate the term ‘FUD’, not because of how it sounds, but because it’s so often used as a blanket dismissal of legitimate criticism as well as all of the normal ways it’s used. When I hear “FUD” it sounds to me like “that’s fake news”.
