Revolut is an online-bank, that has in my experience been extremely crypto friendly. You can use it if you are in any of these locations: UK, the EEA(European Economic Area), Australia, Canada, Singapore, Switzerland, Japan, and the United States.
SEPA charges are free inside of the EEA for EEA citizens, so on-ramping to a crypto exchange inside of Europe could be free (if you don’t have to exchange currencies), and the international transfer and exchange rates have been good in my experience.
I know that a lot of especially American and Australian people are having issues with their bank scrutinizing crypto transfers, and this could be a good option for me.
This is of course not an ad or shilling, I have no vested interest in the succes of Revolut. It’s not a publically traded company. Just a tip for those finding themselves without a bank willing to do their job. You should of course due your due diligence and verify everything I claim yourself.
I hope to hear from others who have experience with using it aswell.
