Spending USDT with crypto card with no kyc

Hello, just curious if someone knows if this exists. A credit card you can top up with crypto and use it, but not some exchange card like Coinbase Card, Crypto.com etc. No KYC and ideally no registration.

Just a wallet that you can top up with crypto from some wallet and use it.

I saw that BitPay is working on something like this. Seems like it can be topped up from coinbase or bitpay wallet and it works like I said. But it will be only available in U.S.

I am looking for some EU option where the transactions can be private.
