Potential scammers?

Hi all.
My friend put 350 bucks into crypto in a whim a couple of years ago and now they’ve contacted her saying it’s now worth 22k and they’re trying to return it to her.
The company is Lite Forex. I’ve told her it’s probably a scam but feel bad breaking her heart a little. I’ve told her not to give them any money to release funds and that if they want to give her Bitcoin, I’ll help her set up a wallet and watch them do it.
Has anyone dealt with this company and are my suspicions correct? Any other advice I can give her?
