I am 99% sure my friend is getting scammed here on Reddit, could you guys help me explain why it is a scam ?

So my friend just called me excited telling me how much money he is quickly gaining on a strange site.

He sent his Crypto there and now the Website shows him his earnings and how his “wealth” is accumulating.

They make it look like a bot is trading and winning across the line, I´m talking 2% a day consistently.

I´m pretty sure it´s a Ponzi and the people who cash out (if there even are any) are taking the money from new users.

How do you guys react in such a situation?

What could I tell him to warn him or should I just shut up? Is it even a scam?

They have a subreddit called dcptg.
