Initiated a transfer from gate.io to Coinbase wallet, gate.io says we good, Coinbase says no money

Trying to keep it short and sweet, but a couple years ago I opened a gate.io account to buy some dog coins (mainly SHIB), promptly forgot about it after it all kinda took a slump.

Came back recently to gate.io via a VPN to pull my crypto out. First traded everything into ETH and then initiated an on-chain transaction from gate.io to my Coinbase wallet.

gate.io says the transfer is complete and the address matches the receiving address for Coinbase wallet, but the crypto ain’t there.

I’m not a Crypto pro so I’m kind of reaching out to the community who know more than I do about what I may have done wrong or what I may not be understanding. Thanks in advance.
