Ton Chain has been down for 4 hours

The Ton blockchain that has been in news lately because of it’s founder getting arrested in France has not produced a new block in over 4 hours.

So far the $TON is holding at about 20% down on the seven day chart but it could just be because people can’t sell since the chain is down, not sure what will happen when it comes back up or should I say if it comes back up.
can’t find much info online about devs working to bring the chain back up or why it went down to begin with.

Binance and Bybit have both suspended withdrawals.
With it’s leader facing prison in France and the chain going down, can TON survive?
