Summary: Visa and MasterCard colluded with lots of big US banks to steal from customers.
These were the types of stories that got me fired up a few years ago to understand and support cryptocurrency. I love the hype and energy around Bitcoin and there are some really innovative and USEFUL projects coming together in the space; but the potential for gaining security and control over my finances away from institutions is why I’m in it for the long haul.
