Made 250k. Need Feedback.

To make a long story short, i bought about 30k USD SOL under 20 bucks and staked it for an additional 52 SOL. I also bought a lot of bitcoin (1.19) under 25k USD.

Last week i sold all of it. Felt like i made a good move as everything dipped pretty hard.

Unloaded all SOL around 200 and Bitcoin at about 100k

I knew this would happen, but now that the market has rebounded i am trying my best not to look at it like “oh if i was still in i would be up x amount more”

And really trying not to FOMO back in.

How have others dealt with this? Advice?

I am not trying to be greedy. And no this is not a “look at my gains” post. 250k is a lot of money. But it feels like crypto has skewed my view of what fiat is.
