A List of Previous April Returns for Bitcoin (%s):
2013: +50.01%
2014: -1.60%
2015: -3.46%
2016: +7.27%
2017: +32.71%
2018: +33.43%
2019: +34.36%
2020: +34.26%
2021: -1.98%
2022: +??.??%
As you can see, in a typical April we get a 30%+ return, +20.5% when averaged, with the lowest EVER being -3.46%, and that was in 2015!!
It should be noted that April is also a strong month for the stock markets – it has the 2nd highest SPX returns in the past 10 years (April = +2.56%, ranked next to March = +2.7%) while the “majority of gains” in this month tend to occur in the first 18 days.
This is not hopium; Rising Treasury yields, inflation, inflation data itself, and the massive forthcoming infrastructure package are still freaking investors out regardless of the month – but don’t let rocky digital waters lead you to jump the crypto ship!
This is not financial advice, just historical data – thank you for reading and happy hodling.
