Netherlands just hit 17% inflation levels, why would i NOT invest into crypto?

I never understood why my circle of friends and family advise me against investing into crypto because it is to much of a risk.

It doesnt matter where you look, Europe, America, Asia inflation is hitting everyone everywhere, at the same time we have a war going on in the east(fck putin) of europe, china wants to reintegrate taiwan for the 10th billionth time and in the US…well, its the US. So tell me please how its not just as risky to invest in anything besides crypto? Im genuinely curious.

Crypto in general cant be stopped only “slowed down”, ive heard of Monero for example that cannot be stopped at all. So crypto isnt going anywhere.
