Reddit NFT avatars will he a historical use case for blockchain functionality

When Cryptopunks were minted in 2017 the creators could barely give them away, not everyone could see the use for them and definitely almost no one foresaw their future value.

The same can be said for BTC. With ETH following only a few years later there was at least some clue what the new smart chain could achieve.

While it’s feasible that Reddit blockchain avatars could reach into the tens or hundreds of ETH, it isn’t likely they’ll ever outpace original NFTs like Rare Pepes or Cryptopunks.

However, if you paid any attention last bull run you’ll know that there is precedent for these avatars to make a run next bull cycle.

You’re still early, and any Reddit collectible avatar from an early season is likely to hold a place in the halls of internet fame on a longer time scale.
