Crypto.com paused BTC withdrawals

It looks like Crypto.com paused Bitcoin withdrawals.

I tried to withdraw BTC from crypto.com 4 hours ago and the withdrawal is still pending.

My requests wasn’t processed yet, they still didn’t send me money so I don’t even have a transaction ID.

I checked in the crypto.com reddit and, according to other users with the same experience, it seems like they’re pausing only BTC withdrawals, not altcoins.

Perhaps they finished their Bitcoin reserves?

To be clear, this is not about a transaction that needs block confirmation in the blockchain, we are talking about a withdrawal that was requested 4 hours ago and they still didn’t send the money. No transaction was initiated by crypto.com.

I withdrew money from crypto.com in the past and the withdrawal was completed in few minutes, so something is going on.

I still have a lot of CRO and now I don’t know if I should convert it and accept the loss or wait, because if crypto.com doesn’t fail, probably CRO will rise again. The question is: what’s going on? If it’s just fud on Twitter, why they’re not processing withdrawals?
